SEC China Sell Out Twitter Thread
Eight part twitter thread on how the SEC sell out sell has harmed the country
The Chinese government (CCP) is emboldened by its economic growth and is openly threatening @SpeakerPelosi. Because the CCP doesn't follow rules, its economic prosperity has come on the back of American businesses, industries, and our people. Our military is now in jeopardy. 1/8

The D.C. establishment has allowed the CCP's ungrateful exploitation for too long because U.S. wealthy get sweetheart investment deals and access to China's non-market economy. In return, they need to fund political accounts and buy D.C. nonfeasance for the CCP. (2/8)
Nowhere has China's corruption been more damaging than at the Securities and Exchange Commission @SECGov, which regulates wealth. Former Chairman Jay Clayton and top advisor Bill Hinman made a fortune working on @AlibabaGroup as lawyers before taking the helm at the SEC under Trump. (3/8)
At the SEC, Clayton refused to investigate Chinese capital market crimes. He allowed American savings and retirement funds to be stolen - even made an excuse, and focused congress on access to audit working papers (PCAOB) as sole issue while allowing Wall Street friends to continue China gravy train. (4/8)
Now the current Biden admin, whose family made a fortune in China, SEC Chairman Gary Gensler is continuing Clayton's audit paper ruse and not investigating Chinese crimes. The only place AG Garland hasn't targeted former Trump figures is at the China sell-out SEC. Why? Biden? (5/8)
Not a single Democrat or Republican has called for an investigation into Clayton, Hinman, or Gensler related to China frauds. @FBI and @DOJCrimDiv are well aware of issues. Instead of protecting American people, they ended the DOJ China initiative, calling it racist. Well, guess what's also racist? War!! (6/8)
The Chinese people really need our help. The CCP and Chinese executives frauds also impact Chinese citizens. The SEC had an opportunity to expose the China real estate mortgage crisis years ago, and chose not to protect Chinese people but instead covered up for American elite. That's racist. (7/8)
Representatives in Congress like to blame @GoldmanSachs, @BlackRock, @Blackstone, and @Sequoia for funding China's rise. They are, but ask Congress what they are doing to address the issue. They are also facilitating China's rise by doing nothing but talking. (8/8)
